KAISTHANA SAMATI 2019-20

It’s first meeting was held on 16th June and finalised the year plan for 2019-20. Discussed and finalized action plan for the programs to be executed till the end of August. Also constituted various subcommittees.
Charity committee:- Formed the committee by inducting Mr. K.V. Varghese, Mr. Saji K. Thomas, Mrs. Lali Philip along with the Office bearers.
Print and Publishing:- Vicar, Vice President, Secretary, Trustees and co opted Mr. Saji K.Thomas and selected him as it’s convener.
Work and maintenance:- Committee constituted with Vicar, Vice President, secretary, trustees and Mr. Koshy Varghese and selected him as it’s convener.
Food committee:- As a whole the Kaisthana Samati will responsible for the food preparation for the occasions when it required. Trustees will convene for the same.
KEA Representatives:- Elected Mrs. Annamma Koshy as our representative along with Hon. Secretary and Hon. Account Trustee as per the decision of the previous managing committee.
